2006 system overview

This is a high level overview of the 2006 system. Some of it is at the "proposal" stage.
Probes will wake up at 12 & 1pm GMT for coms. The base will have to cope with 433MHz old systems - so this has to be 12 GMT.
GWcron will wake base up and run JOB2006 which is a script which powers on the new probe coms and runs its daily program. It then ... looks like this
