Geophone Enclosures

we can get 70mm ext diameter, 64mm int diameter Polycarbonate tube

this could have delrin end caps made which screw in.

issue: delrin may be nice and have low water absorb etc but is tricky to glue. Epoxy and Cyanoacrylate are suggested. However Polycarb prefers a polyurethane glue

The reason all this can be easier/weaker is we believe we can "pot" the entire enclosure with the geophones and electronics inside.

one end can have a hole for serial/power lead.

Latest is we test 60mm diameter polycarb tube - and stick to an inner diam of 52mm.

Polyurethane potting compound selaed in the batteries and geophones well!
