MSP430F5 series:

I Low-power mode 3, LPM3,XT1LF crystal mode: 2.6uA - rather high

I Low-power mode 3, LPM3,VLO VLO mode: 1.8uA - acceptable but without crystal?

ILPM4: 1.69uA

these figs are for 25C, loose about 2 or 3uA at 0C
