measures case strain
use these previously two strain guages at 90 degrees gap around the case. Very unreliable as the mounting is so delicate and their wires thin!
type 11 steel has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion (not a problem when we're at 0C mostly)
Needs a bridge+amp - copy from 2008.
Installation - two at right angles half way into probe case. Covered with plastic to protect it from the batteries etc.
"Zero" to ADC 2000 with Pot on the probe pcb
